The life in you is what is truly meaningful to you. It's not always easy to say what is meaningful. It's good to stop, pay attention and prepare to be pleasantly surprised.
Think yourself lucky. You really can.

Happiness is not something to look for head on. You sort of have to catch it out of the corner of your eye. There’s lots to get on with to lead a fulfilling life while happiness hovers nearby - near enough to make a difference.

The trouble with goals is the ring of success or failure about them. That's not the point at all.
‘This is a time to be slow…’
So many of us feel chased by time. It’s incredibly stressful. It’s also very hard to enjoy life if we’re crashing through our days at speed. Here’s a meditative poem on it being OK to be slow even to stop.
